Guest Designer Susan Sudbury

Hello everyone, today our wonderful Guest Designer is Susan Sudbury.

Hi, I'm Susan,  and I live in Saskatchewan, Canada.  I've always had a love of crafting, and have dabbled in pretty much everything, with the exception of knitting and crochet!  My life of paper crafts took a huge leap when I joined an online swapping community, and began making ATCs. From there, my love of card making was born. I'd like to thank Zowie, and the rest of the crew at Arty Divas, for inviting me to be a guest designer!

I decided to make an Asian inspired card, featuring a beautiful Geisha image from Sheepski Designs. I colored her with my Copics to match up with the paper I'd chosen, then dove into my die collection. I used dies from numerous different companies to cut the Asian elements, crane, flowers and border. I was hesitant in making a blue and gold combo card, but love how the black brought everything together!
